The Full Story

Recognizing there was a need in Western Massachusetts business community for IT support, Gregory and Kimberly leveraged their over 20 combined years of experience and started ByteBak Computers. Providing small and medium-sized business with cost effective, enterprise level assistance for their network and computer needs.

In September 2018, Gregory and Kimberly relocated to the Austin, TX area. When they first arrived in Texas, they continued to work within Information Technology for other organizations. Then they quickly realized that due to the rapid growth across the private and public sector, ByteBak was perfectly positioned to serve those businesses. When evaluating the growth taking place and the expansion of the services needed, Gregory and Kimberly leveraged their years of experience and concluded that with the expansion of Austin, it also needed to expand on the services offered. Consequently, ByteBak Solutions, LLC was established to offer enterprise-level support, though on a more proactive, broad, and holistic approach by offering IT Managed Solutions.

Although our office has relocated to the Austin, Texas area, we continue to provide IT support to several companies throughout Western Massachusetts and we look forward to the opportunity to Take Your Business to the Next Level.
